2. Applicable Materials

These raw materials can be processed by the pyrolysis plant.

The most popular material is waste tire, final products are the fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire and syngas, average oil yield is 40%-45%.

Waste plastics is another widely used material, the available types are PP, PE,PS, ASB.... or Mixed plastics, except for PET and PVC. The end products are fuel oil, carbon black and syngas. Plastics has multiple tyres, the oil yield could be 30-80%.

Common to see the oil field oil sluge, oil tank bottom oil sludge. Final products from the oil sludge will be mainly slag and oil, yield depend on the raw materials, the main purpose is torealize zero pollution releasing.

Mixed MSW needs to be sorted firstly, plastics and rubber separated from the MSW can be processed. Oil yield of mixed plastic is around 30-50%.

Medical waste has to be disinfected by mircowave before processing in pyrolysis system, the oil yield is around 30-50%.

Oil yield of waste cables depned on the materials, PE cable could reach above 70%. Rubber cables is around 35%. Metal is separated as residual, which can be sold directly.

3. Applicable For Final Products

Four main final products and their usages.

Pyrolysis Oil

Can be sold directly, widely used for cement factory, ceramic factory, boiler factory, iron factory, etc.Part of it can be used back to the pyrolysis plant for heating the reactor. Can be further refined to the non standard dieselCan be used directly in heavy oil generator for producing electricity

Carbon Black

Can be pressed to be briquettes and used as fuel for burning. Can be further reprocessed to be higher quality and used as fortifier, filler of plastic and rubber industry or as color master batch. Can be used to produce rubber pads, rubber belt, soles, etc.

Steel Wire

Can be sold directly to steel factory

Syn Gas

Will be recycled to the furnace for heating the reactor

Features At A Glance

Reactor

The size of MJL-15 batch type proylysis plant is D 2800* L 7100* T 16 mm. Its capacity is at 16-20 tons per day. The reactor is made of Q245R boiler steel, can withstand high temperature and pressure, has longtime service life.

Three-in-one Integrated Oil Gas Condenser

The condenser is made of Q235B carbon steel. It includes the condenser tubes, oil storage tank and hydroseal. The three-in-one integrated oil gas condenser is easier for transportation ,installation and maintenance.

Manifold

Manifold can separate the heavy oil gas and light oil gas to improve the oil quality.

Dedusting System

Dedusting system can cool down and clean the high temperature exhaust gas during the pyrolysis process. It makes the plant no pollution.

Water Circulation System

Water cooling system can recycle the water used in the whole process. It can cool down the hot water used in the heat exchange.
